These terms apply when you book house cleaning, maid service, move-out cleaning, or vacation-rental turnovers with Sparkwell Cleaning on Oahu.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown are starting points. Your final price depends on the size and condition of your home and the service you choose. We give you an honest quote up front, with no surprise charges.

Scheduling and cancellations

To reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Same-day changes may carry a small fee. We will always try to work with you.

Our satisfaction guarantee

If any part of your clean is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and make it right at no charge.

Access to your home

You are responsible for providing safe access for your scheduled clean (a key, code, or someone to let us in). We treat your home and belongings with care.

Insurance

Sparkwell Cleaning carries liability insurance. If something is damaged during a clean, let us know promptly so we can make it right.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed when you book. We will confirm accepted payment methods with your quote.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
