Pricing & what’s included
Our house cleaning starts at $180 a visit, and the price goes up with the size and condition of your home, more bedrooms and bathrooms mean more to clean. You always get an honest, flat quote up front, with no walkthrough needed to get started and no surprise charges. Move-out deep cleans start at $250, and vacation-rental turnovers at $150.
A standard clean covers the whole home top to bottom: surfaces dusted by hand, floors vacuumed and mopped, kitchen counters and stovetop wiped down, bathrooms scrubbed and sanitized, mirrors and glass polished, bins emptied, and cobwebs cleared. It is the same checklist every visit, with no upsells.
Yes. We arrive fully stocked with our own products and equipment, so you do not need to supply a thing. We choose products to suit your surfaces, and eco-friendly options are available on request.

A regular clean keeps a lived-in home fresh on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly schedule. A move-out clean is a deeper one-time clean for a home that is changing hands, adding inside cabinets, the oven, and the fridge so the place is ready for the next person or for your deposit back.
Absolutely. Plenty of clients book a single one-time house cleaning for a deep refresh, before guests arrive, or after a project. There is no contract and no obligation to set up a recurring schedule, though you are welcome to switch to one any time.
Yes. We handle vacation-rental and Airbnb turnovers across Oahu, from Honolulu to the North Shore. We reset the home between guests to a hotel-quality standard, refresh linens, and keep your listing review-ready on a reliable turnover schedule.

Get a free quote through the form on our site or give us a call. Tell us about your home and what you need, and we send a clear price. Once you pick a date and schedule that fit, you are booked.
Just reach out at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit and we will move or cancel it for you. Same-day changes may incur a small fee, but we always try to be flexible.
No. Most clients are at work or out while we clean. We arrange key or entry access that you are comfortable with, and you come home to a fresh, spotless house.
We accept all major credit cards as well as bank transfer. Payment is simple and there are no hidden fees, just the honest price we quoted up front.
